India Domestic Shipping

We provide complimentary shipping for all orders within India, ensuring that each shipment is fully insured. We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect packages for any damage or signs of tampering before accepting or signing for receipt.

For our international customers, ANOR extends International Shipping services. For more details, kindly reach out to us via email at clientcare@anor.in

Please note that due to high demand, certain pieces may be temporarily out of stock. The committed delivery time is up to 21 days, although in-stock items could reach you within 3 days. Specific delivery information is available for each product at the time of order placement.

All shipments are processed upon receipt of full payment. ANOR will promptly notify customers once their orders are shipped, and any alterations to the delivery time will be communicated accordingly.

Recognizing that jewellery is often gifted on special occasions or as a surprise, we appreciate advance notice to help maintain the element of surprise.

For logistics and insurance requirements, our team may request proof of identity from the designated person(s) expected to receive the parcel. The logistics partner will release the parcel exclusively to these specified individuals.

It's important to note that once a shipment leaves ANOR, rerouting is not possible.

International Shipment Policy

For International orders the production timeline would be 15 to 21 working days and the transit timeline would be 5 to 7 working days.

International shipments are non refundable
