Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy
The ANOR (“Company”) commitment to its Customers goes past just your first purchase, where we offer Buy Back and Lifetime Exchange for our Diamond Jewelry products. The Buyback and Lifetime Exchange Policy is subject to a piece review by our team to ensure the Product is free from any alterations or damages.
Buyback or Exchange is not applicable for any customized jewelry items.
Buy Back
The terms and conditions for the Buyback Policy are as follows:
Under this policy the Good(s) can be returned by the Customers to the Company for full refund within 15 days of the date of purchase. This policy covers items bought upto INR 3 Lacs.
The refund amount shall exclude all applied taxes at the time of purchase
The Buyback Policy and reimbursement of payment shall be subject to the quality check carried out of the Goods by the Company QC team. This process usually takes 3-7 business days after the piece has been received by the Company.
The Good(s) being returned should be accompanied with the original certificate, original invoice provided by the Company, and a copy of a valid Government ID matching the name on the invoice.
The Company does not cover any consequential loss or damage of jewelry or precious stone in studded jewelry.
All payments for the buyback value paid by the Company will be made through a direct bank transfer only. Payments shall be made only to the person/entity mentioned in the invoice issued by the Company.
Refund and Payments under the Buyback Policy shall be done within 15 Business days after receiving the original product.
Life Time Exchange
The terms and conditions for the Lifetime Exchange Policy are as follows:
The Company offers a Lifetime Exchange at the current market value of diamonds and gold. This value must be applied towards an Exchange of another ANOR product for this offer to apply.
On accepting the goods for exchange, the Company shall provide the exchanged goods of the same value as the good being exchanged. In case if the new product value is higher than the value of the exchanged product, the Customer will have to pay the difference. In case if the new product value is lower than the exchanged product, there will be no cash refund on this transaction.
The Good(s) being exchanged should be accompanied with the original certificate, invoice copy provided by the Company, and a copy of a valid Government ID matching the name on the invoice. The Company does not cover any consequential loss or damage of jewelry or precious stone in studded jewelry.
For Products sold and exchanged outside India, the Purchaser must bear any local taxes and duties for import and export of the exchanged Product.
The exchange shall be subject to the quality check that shall be carried out for the Goods being exchanged by the Company. Please ensure while shipping the product to us it should be in the original ANOR branded box, and packed in a secured manner to avoid any damage in transit.
Your new order shall be Shipped in Exchange within 21 business days after receiving the original Product
